After you have added "New Initial Client information and "Contacts" you can now enter the "Payment Type". If the clients "Payment Type is insurance please click "Add Insurance Policy"
After clicking "Add Insurance Policy" this screen will pop up.
Please fill this out with as much information as possible to save from having to renter it in the future. The only required filed on this screen is the insurance policy name. As you start typing the policy name you will notice names come up. This list is pulled from Zirmed Clearinghouse. If you do not see the the policy name you need you can add it by utilizing the "Click here" button. After you have added the policy name and all other needed information click 'Add Policy to save it to the file.
