Within the CRM section of ZenCharts you can identify and document the client's travel methods 

From the waiting room, go into the pending admissions section ( CRM ) by clicking VIEW ALL in the Pending Admissions field

Once you are inside of the CRM you will click on your client's name 

Once you have opened the client's pre-admission tab you will see the top navigation changes to include "Travel", click on travel

Once you have clicked "Travel" you will be able to include specifics surrounding travel plans as well as assign staff who will be arranging plans and notes

If the client is flying in and you select flight you will get new drop downs to include specific flight information, once your are done documenting, click "Coordinate Travel"
