For facilities with multiple locations within a single organization you will have drop downs to navigate between locations 

When you receive a phone call and enter a clients pending admission information you can do so within any of these locations.
Note: Some facilities will have internal processes such as an admissions location they want all clients to filter through, please follow internal processes. 

Sometimes after talking to the client the admissions team may decide that they want to change which facility they want to admit the client to.

This can be done easily within their pre-intake page. 

First go into the pending admissions tab.

Then find the client and click their name.

Once inside of your clients pre-intake page you will see a "facility" drop down 

Which ever facility is selected is where your client will show as ready to be converted once all steps are completed.
