The relationship of sign in sheets, group notes and weekly notes are as follows:

  1. Sign in sheet created then the group note is written and submitted.
  2. Zen populates the group note to all patients checked into that group.
  3. At the end of the week (setting in system admin > settings) Zen auto-creates the weekly note and brings in all groups they were checked into (individual or group)
