The first step is to open Zen Charts and navigate to the Master schedule.

Click Master Schedule

Click Group Schedules

Click Create Schedule

Write the name of the schedule (obligatory).

Select the number of weeks for the schedule (obligatory).

Select a start date (obligatory).

Select buildings.

Select levels of care.

A list of all events has appeared allowing you to select events for each day of the schedule.

Click Submit

Click Master Schedule

Click Group Schedules

That's it. You're done. The new schedule is now visible on the list.
